providing 24/7 administrative oversight of patient care and hospital departments and acts as a
liaison between administration and staff during off-shift hours. They
manage staffing, patient placement, and complaint resolution and
supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development. The supervisor ensures
delivery of safe, quality patient care and
responds to special circumstances as the onsite leader. Additionally, they
assist with departmental operations, staffing, revenue, and expense management to support operational goals. The role requires
minimum qualifications of a
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, RN licensure, and 2-5 years of experience, with
supervisory experience. Preferred qualifications include a
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience. The position involves
collaborating across departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering staff development.
