Role Overview:
The House Supervisor provides administrative oversight across hospital departments, managing patient placement, staffing, and complaint resolution. Acting as a liaison between administration and staff, they ensure safe, high-quality patient care and respond to urgent situations. They supervise personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development to support departmental goals. The role involves clinical oversight, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The supervisor may assist in budget management by developing staffing and financial plans, responding to operational changes.
**Qualifications include:**
• RN license
• Associate’s degree in nursing (minimum), with Bachelor’s preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience of less than 2 years, with a preference for 5-10 years of nursing experience.
