Pediatric Physical Therapist

Role: Full-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist providing in-home therapy services to children and young adults in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with family goals.
  • Deliver direct physical therapy in the child’s natural environment.
  • Support mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and gross motor development.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Recommend and train families on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations and progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
  • Active Texas Physical Therapy license.
  • Pediatric and home health experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with children and families.
  • Compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to family-centered care.
