Role: Owl Nurse for Pediatrics
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate in-home nursing care for children with complex medical needs
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage trach and ventilator care
- Conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure safety and optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate with families and clinical team to develop and support individualized care plans
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed nurse with pediatric care experience
