Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pediatric assessments and administer medications
- Manage trach/vent and G-tube care
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and follow individualized care plans
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team
- Support safe, developmentally appropriate care and educate caregivers
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed RN or LVN with a compassionate approach
- Experience or comfort in pediatric home health care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
