We are seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing care in a Pediatric Day Health Care Center.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating care for children from birth to age eight
- Supporting and mentoring nursing staff and aides
- Engaging with children through activities and therapies
- Collaborating with physicians and families to meet medical needs
- Developing and updating care plans, reviewing documentation, and ensuring quality assurance
Qualifications and skills:
- Active RN license in Florida
- At least two years of pediatric nursing experience within the last five years
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Management experience preferred but not required
