Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives, developing and delivering technology-enabled strategy services, and managing high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, sell, and execute healthcare transformation offerings. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality delivery and performance. Apply deep knowledge of payer, provider, or PBM operations as a subject matter expert. Build client relationships, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership. Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry. Master’s degree from an accredited institution. Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation projects with complex budgets, regulatory considerations, and stakeholder management. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
