We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to operate CT scanners, produce diagnostic images, and prepare patients for imaging procedures. Key responsibilities include positioning patients, setting technical parameters, ensuring image quality, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure. The role requires collaboration with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic services.
Qualifications:
- Recent one-year experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred: ARRT certification and additional licenses or certifications as required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading and following instructions, PC skills
- Physical ability to move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), stand, push, pull, and bend
- Effective teamwork, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong visual acuity and sensory skills
