Travel CT Tech
Role and Responsibilities:
Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images, prepare and position patients, follow imaging protocols, and ensure safety standards. Collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality images, maintain equipment, document procedures accurately, and follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure. Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across healthcare settings, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and provide compassionate patient care.
Qualifications and Skills:
Require at least one year of recent CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. Preferred ARRT certification and additional licenses. Must possess critical thinking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, physical ability to handle equipment, and mental resilience to work under pressure. Technical proficiency, visual acuity, and ability to follow instructions are essential.
