Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering complex, professional services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational background in social work, with a required Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Experience of at least 2 years in social work services, counseling, or related fields.
- Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and SAFE Approach Level III is mandatory.
Key Duties & Requirements:
- Must be current in the State of Texas.
- Certification/license requirements should be met within specified timeframes after hire.
- Experience preferred in social work services, counseling, and providing therapy.
