Role Overview: Responsible for delivering professional, complex social services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive social work and counseling services to support patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma and Master’s of Social Work required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
- Preferred experience includes at least 2 years in social work and counseling.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days, SAFE Approach Level III within 6 months.
