This role is for experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses within a Float Pool that provides flexible coverage across multiple facilities.
As part of the W.E.S.T. Team, you will deliver evidence-based, high-acuity patient care, manage complex cases, and respond rapidly to emergencies.
Responsibilities include administering medications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families to promote empowerment.
Qualifications include a current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications, with a minimum of 2 years recent critical care experience.
Key skills involve clinical judgment, critical thinking, calmness under pressure, communication, and teamwork.
Preferred certifications include CCRN.
