Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care in a dynamic, private-room unit. The RN is responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to meet physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Perform assessments, formulate care plans, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
