Part-Time Residential Clinician

Role Overview:

The Residential Associate Clinician provides support to individuals transitioning from residential care to independent living, ensuring a safe and growth-promoting environment. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing recovery plans, documenting progress, and acting as a liaison with community agencies and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and guide participants through recovery and independence.
  • Complete initial and annual assessments, develop person-centered recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate case records and document participant progress.
  • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and training.
  • Assess mental health symptoms and respond with appropriate interventions.
  • Ensure safety and promote a healthy environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, nursing, or related field.
  • Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse supports.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
  • Experience in community-based mental health services and direct care preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform interventions, lift, and respond to emergencies.
