Role Overview:
This position involves providing behavioral health services as a licensed clinician, with the flexibility to conduct telehealth or in-person sessions. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, allowing practitioners to set their own schedules and client load.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families.
Engage clients using a measurement-informed approach to track progress and outcomes.
Uphold shared standards of care, actively reviewing clinical measures during sessions.
Participate in case consultations, office hours, and ongoing professional development.
Maintain licensure and comply with clinical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.
Ability to provide telehealth and/or in-person therapy.
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to quality and client progress.
Excellent communication and professional judgment.
