Role Overview: This position involves providing direct inpatient nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies. Evaluate intervention effectiveness and revise care plans accordingly. Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from a specialty nursing training program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate compassionate patient care, strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
