Role Overview:
The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment. They prepare patients and equipment, inform patients about procedures with professionalism, and independently conduct radiographic exams, including portable and on-call procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment, providing high-quality customer service.
- Perform radiographic examinations independently, including portable and on-call procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or Trade School equivalency; certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
- Preferred experience in vascular interventional, neurovascular procedures, or special procedures; familiarity with MR, CT, X-ray, and other imaging modalities.
- Licenses: R.T. (R), IEMA (excluding MRI), CPR certification preferred.
Additional Information:
- Part-time role (24 hours/week) with benefits eligibility.
- Day shift with rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with extra pay accordingly.
