Role: Support adult participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based day program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist participants in achieving their developmental goals and engaging in community activities.
- Provide personalized support to promote independence and well-being.
- Help participants manage personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
- Build meaningful relationships to foster a supportive environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and supportive attitude.
- Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred.
