Role Overview: We are seeking passionate Paramedics to provide high-quality, compassionate emergency medical care. This position involves assessing call situations, utilizing advanced medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and IV fluids, and communicating effectively with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and determine appropriate treatment protocols during emergency calls.
- Operate medical equipment to deliver advanced patient care.
- Communicate clearly with patients and their loved ones to provide reassurance.
- Act as scene and unit leader when necessary.
- Drive the ambulance safely to emergency scenes.
- Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety teams.
Additional Duties: Participate in community outreach programs to enhance community relations and promote the organization’s image.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- State Paramedic License and Driver’s License
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
- Valid driving record and physical agility
- Relevant healthcare experience preferred
