As a Therapist, you will conduct assessments, provide individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case consultations, and ensure timely documentation and billing.
Qualifications include: a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, with or without licensure, and a passion for delivering high-quality mental health services. Strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills are essential.
