Role: Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term care and rehab units. Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status. Support individualized care plans to promote dignity, comfort, and independence. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, residents, and families in a culturally sensitive environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, resident-focused care. Excellent teamwork, communication, and cultural sensitivity. Ability to support a respectful and continuous learning environment.
