Role Overview:
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction of a licensed professional. Maintain accountability for patient care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in a rehab hospital setting, ensuring safety and quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education/experience.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements.
- Preferred certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or other unit-specific credentials.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical duties requiring bending, reaching, and twisting.
