Role: Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant providing in-home rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, and safety.
- Document client visits accurately and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate families on exercises, equipment, and safety protocols to promote client independence.
