Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a private duty home health care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care for pediatric and adult clients, from infants to geriatrics.
- Travel to clients’ homes, follow and document doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and observe their milestones.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current, active nursing license in good standing.
