Role: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing care standards.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
- Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, alongside ongoing professional development.
- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families, and ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
- Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional considerations.
- Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
