Role Overview:
Seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support a pediatric care facility, focusing on building pharmacy services and patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include order verification, sterile compounding, infusion support, discharge medication coordination, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The role involves managing workflow, supervising pharmacy personnel, evaluating medication orders, and providing drug information and staff training. The pharmacist will also ensure medication safety, efficiency, and proper procurement and disposal of medications.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, with at least 2 years of experience and licensure in Medication Therapy Services in MO. Preferred candidates hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy with 2-5 years of experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are essential.
