Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care settings.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Current RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2 years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
