Part Time – Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops individualized care plans collaboratively, communicates effectively across care teams, and assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities: Educate patients and families, promote safety and quality, develop and document care plans, and evaluate patient needs using critical nursing skills. Maintain communication across care continuum and support patient involvement.

Qualifications: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; RN license. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and adherence to safety protocols.

Skills and Attributes: Strong assessment and communication skills, ability to work in a team, patient-focused approach, and commitment to professional development.

Additional Details: The role involves working four 8-hour days, with a sign-on bonus available. Experience in operating room settings is preferred.
