Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care within a specialized unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Responsibilities:
Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

Qualifications:
Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Licensure as an RN is mandatory; no prior experience required, but two years of experience is preferred.
Additional preferred qualifications include experience in a similar healthcare setting.
