Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN license required).
- No prior experience necessary; however, two years of experience is preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
