Part Time – Cardiac Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care within high-risk cardiac settings, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs of patients.


Responsibilities:

  • Promotes healing environment through patient and family education
  • Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities
  • Communicates and documents care plans proactively
  • Utilizes critical nursing skills for comprehensive assessments
  • Works in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safety focus

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • RN License required
  • Telemetry/Cardiac experience preferred
  • Two years of experience and supervisory experience are advantageous
