Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care within a high-risk cardiac unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate personalized care plans. Critical nursing skills are essential to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Licensure as an RN is mandatory; no prior experience required, but two years of experience is preferred for advanced roles.
- Preferred experience includes telemetry or cardiac care.
