Role Overview:
This nursing position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their illness, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across care settings.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; RN licensure required.
At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred; ICU or ED experience is advantageous.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including a minimum of two shifts per month.
