We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist in Bad Axe, MI, offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods
- Facilitating therapeutic or psycho-educational groups
- Delivering clinical support, documentation, and liaising with schools, courts, and community agencies
- Applying person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused approaches
- Participating in staffings, emergency meetings, supervision, and on-call coverage
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient mental health experience preferred
- Current Michigan licensure (LMSW, CAADC preferred)
- Strong clinical, assessment, and collaboration skills
