We are hiring a full-time Outpatient Therapist in Bad Axe, MI, to provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults with serious emotional, developmental, or mental health conditions, including co-occurring substance use disorders.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods
- Facilitating therapeutic or psycho-educational groups
- Handling clinical documentation, authorizations, and liaising with community partners
- Utilizing person-centered and trauma-informed approaches
- Maintaining a 50% face-to-face productivity standard
- Participating in staff meetings, emergency services, and on-call rotations
- Supporting culturally-informed and recovery-focused practices
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient mental health experience preferred
- Current Michigan licensure (LMSW, CAADC preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and collaboration skills
