Outpatient Therapist- Masters required

We are hiring a full-time Outpatient Therapist in Bad Axe, MI, to provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health challenges, disabilities, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods, facilitating groups, managing documentation and coordination with community agencies, and supporting recovery- and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required)

At least 2 years of outpatient experience preferred

Current Michigan license (LMSW, CAADC preferred)

Strong clinical skills and collaborative mindset
