Outpatient Therapist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking an experienced Therapist to join our outpatient mental health team in Minot, ND, providing evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities include supporting patients on their mental health journey, conducting therapy sessions, groups, and family therapy, and coordinating care using DSM-V diagnoses.

Qualifications: Must be licensed as LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota or eligible for licensure; Master’s or Doctorate degree required; valid insurable driver’s license.
