This role is a Clinical Staff Educator supporting outpatient surgical services, including OR, pre-op/post-op/PACU, and GI/endo.
They will provide new hire orientation, ongoing skills education, and collaborate on staff development to improve patient outcomes.
Preferred candidates have strong communication skills, OR experience, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN licensure, and 2-5 years of experience; a Master’s degree and additional certifications are a plus.
The position involves assessing educational needs, developing training programs, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Shifts are Monday-Friday, based at the hospital.
