Role: Registered Nurses provide high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as the primary contact between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring a supportive environment and advocating for patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care aligned with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate patient flow, document assessments, care provided, and incidents accurately.
- Respond to patient concerns, educate patients and families, and promote patient- and family-centered care.
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and safety.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
- Mentor and support the growth of colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
- Adhere to all policies, standards, and codes of conduct, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- Required certifications include BLS and RN licensure.
