Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient Rehabilitation)
Provide hands-on support to patients in an outpatient setting by implementing treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Deliver direct patient care focused on restoring function, mobility, and independence, and assist patients with exercises and therapeutic interventions.

- Follow PT-directed treatment plans to support patient progress
- Assist with therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation activities
- Document patient care and progress according to clinical requirements

Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree or required credentialing as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills
- Accurate documentation and attention to detail
