This full-time position offers a weekday schedule with no call, working collaboratively with endocrinologists, educators, dietitians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for individuals with diabetes and endocrine conditions.
Key responsibilities include conducting patient visits, developing personalized care plans, educating patients and families, ordering and interpreting labs, adjusting medications, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
