Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of treatments and procedures. Provide direct patient care, build strong relationships, and guide patients toward their recovery goals. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and interdepartmental communication. Foster a compassionate environment that emphasizes personalized care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy

CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program

Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership roles, with at least two years of clinical experience

Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications
