We are seeking a dedicated Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join our Wellness Center Team.
Provide osteopathic manipulation and primary care for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions.
Support patient self-management, coordinate care, and contribute to positive health outcomes within an interdisciplinary team.
Document care accurately in electronic medical records and maintain licensure and certifications.
Lead population management efforts in your specialty area and participate in collaborative visits with other practitioners.
Work part-time, initially covering Thursday PM and Friday shifts, with potential for full-time hours later.
Requirements include a valid medical license in California, osteopathic degree or OMM training, DEA license, and comfort seeing at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift.
