Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
- Skills: Critical nursing skills, effective communication, teamwork, cultural competence.
