We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts, complementing your practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic cases. You will also engage with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications include licensed MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, experience with work-related injuries preferred, unrestricted DEA license, and malpractice insurance.
This flexible role offers revenue share compensation and aims to support your practice while making a difference in patient care.
