We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and delivering both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Qualifications:
– Experience with work-related injuries preferred
– MD or DO from an accredited program
– State licensure and unrestricted DEA license
– Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
– Malpractice insurance coverage required
