We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role.
Responsibilities include treating patients on-site for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, focusing on managing complex cases, facilitating return-to-work, and collaborating with medical teams. The role involves providing both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care, communicating with employers, and participating in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited MD or DO program, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
