We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, on-site role. This position involves treating patients during 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• State licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage
