We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, complementing your current practice. This role involves treating patients during 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, focusing on medically complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, treating work-related injuries, and participating in case management. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
– Experience with work-related injuries preferred
– Licensure in your state
– MD or DO graduate from an accredited program
– Unrestricted DEA license
– Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
– Medical Malpractice Insurance
