We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, and providing both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and musculoskeletal treatments. You will collaborate with medical and therapy teams, communicate with employers, and participate in case management.
Qualifications:
– Experience with work-related injuries preferred
– Licensed in your state
– MD or DO from an accredited university
– Unrestricted DEA license
– Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
– Medical Malpractice Insurance required
